I went upto the Maleny Botanic Gardens last month. This was the first time I drove out to Maleny and I had no idea it I would encounter steep hills. It was a great scenic drive nonetheless and once I reached Maleny Gardens I was so glad I made this trip because the gardens were so beautiful! Known as the 'Jewel' of Maleny, the Maleny Botanic Gardens is a privately owned garden, consisting of 18 acres of gardens, set on a 110 acre property. It overlooks the backdrop of the Glass House Mountains and surrounded by rainforest. This unique landscape provided great photography opportunities. I ran out of time as I was stuck for a couple of hours indoors as decent showers passed through when I reached the gardens. I will definitely be back here again and explore rest of the gardens.
